چکیده
A fratura-luxação de Monteggia, desde que foi descrita em1814, tem sido motivo preocupação entre ortopedistas todo omundo, por suas graves complicações. Apresenta-se a classificação deBado, clássica para esse tipo lesão, os tipos tratamentos e ascomplicações da lesão quando não reconhecida no momento do traumatismo,com sugestão tratamento.
